Hi,

We are facing "Invalid Rating Level" issue during Worker Self Evaluation for some random set of employees

The steps Processed are given as below:
1. Employees Updated their Performance Goals
2. Manager Approved the Goals for the Goal Plan
3. Employees Completed their Self Evaluation
4. When clicked on the Calculated Rating Icon, the value is showing as "Invalid Rating Level" and Value is displaying as 0.00

This issue is not appearing for all employees. This issue appearing for some random set of employees across the organization. 

The data looks fine but not sure what we are missing for these intermittent set of employees.
