Making someone ineligible after the eligibility process has run

We need to fix eligibility after the process has ran

Content

We missed something in our eligibility profile and we need to mark some people ineligible for the performance document. It is not letting me manually mark them as force ineligible.  I have checked and they have not created the performance document yet.

 

What other options do I have?
