What is the significance of update profile option in "manage performance template" under "Structure
Summary
I set the value to Yes and checked.Also I have changed the value to No and checked for Performance goals section. The performance goals were getting updated in worker profile in both casesContent
For competencies the update profile option is working fine i.e the worker is updated with the added competencies and ratings once the Performance Document is submitted
But when setting goals even though the profile option is set to No the goals are added in the Worker Profile

Please elaborate
Has any one faced this issue.Can anyone check and confirm please.
