Rating in Performance document

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to rate the Goals in Performance document by entering the value. Requirement explained below.

The rating is defined as below:

If achievement percentage is between 0 to 60%   1*

60 to 80 %                                                             2*

80 to 100 %                                                           3*

100 to 105%                                                         4*

105 and above                                                      5*   

the percentage goes more than 100% as mostly sales goals are being used in the Organization.

the requirement is that the manager and employee should enter the value between the given range and the rating should come accordingly.

For e.g. for Goal 1 manager will input 70, then 2* rating will be achieved and for Goal 2 manager enter a value 103, then rating of 4* is achieved.(based on the rating description explained above).
