Need to set approval for check in documents

Hi Experts, 

We have a requirement to set approval for check-in documents, i.e. if an employee creates a check-in document, it should go for managers' approval. Currently, it is just going as FYI(seeded).

 

Any suggestions on how it can be achieved.
