Responsive Pages - Multiple Review Periods issue on Goals/Performance Pages.

Goals / Performance responsive pages shows all the review periods which are not relevant for user.Content
We have requirement wherein we would be creating around 30+ reviews periods but an employee is only eligible for one review period based on eligibility rules.
On the non-responsive pages, there is no issue for review periods because the review period gets defaulted based on eligibility rules and user gets to see only the relevant review period.
But on the New Responsive pages, it’s very confusing for users to see all the review periods (which are not relevant to them) and then choose which is applicable for them.
