Filtering Review Period on the Manager Performance Rating Distribution Dashboard

Please see below the problem description:

Problem statement:
Managers are not able to filter for the review period on the MyTEAM>> Performance >> My Organization >> Rating Distribution Dashboard (Screenshot: My Organization)..
When they are using the the filter option, only the review period of the current year is appearing and can be chosen.
Clicking on the find more, the search is showing the review periods that we have, but with entering and searching for the previous years nothing show ups as a result.

Result:
Only the performance documents of the current year are visible on the Dashboard.
