We tried to integrate OFSC with Custom App. Some of our external technician using end Customer's own App. We have to send a notification to the OFSC supervisor when the external app field technician need some help from internal OFSC field technician. Is there any API available to notify the supervisor/admin?
Note: External field technician are resource in the system, but they are not using OFSC mobile app. I hope, it is not consider as named user to consider for billing?
