Enable VBCS Applications in other languages

Hello guys!

Currently, VBCS mobile and web applications only support English as the main language of the applications and this may cause a problem in the applications, such as problems calling webservices and the only way for it to work is to set the language of the mobile phone or web browser to English.

So it would be nice to have it implemented in other languages as many other companies don't use English as the main language and their devices are set in other languages such as Portuguese.

Use Case and Business Need

The main use case of this feature is when the users don't use English as the main language of their devices because the application won't work correctly if the language is set in other languages rather than English.
