My customer recruit contingent workers using an agency that performs the whole recruitment, including sourcing, interview, referencing and offer process and just delivers successful applicants to the customer. At this point, the applicant is created as a contingent worker in their current e-Business system,
The to-be state is to use Fusion Recruiting Cloud with the agency portal, but this poses a challenge, as when the agency submits a candidate via the portal in response to an invite, the applicant is treated as a prospect, receives notifications, goes through the Offer and HR phases before they become a pending worker and contingent worker.
