The issues is in Attachments platform component which ORC consumes. - This means any page for attachments that include the digital signature, both the applicant and candidate profile as you have stated.
This issue occurs if customer is on same Job application page for more than 10 mins.
The download links are secured by digital signature and will have a maximum duration of 10 mins.
We need to back all the way out to the server and close all applications and then log all the way back in to where we were. Every 10 minutes. It’s killing our productivity.
