When i go to My Client Groups > Goals > Goal Plan Sets i get error "You can't use the goal plan set tasks at this time. Contact your help desk. (HRG-3120373)"

Ive enabled profle value HRG_USE_GOAL_PLAN_SET to Y at site level ?
