Seperate goals for Anytime/performance document

Seperate goals for Anytime/performance document

Content

Hi All,

We are hoping to use Anytime documents so employees can create a document based on individual projects they're carrying out throughout the year. In addition to this the employee would also have an annual performance document to provide an overall summary and rating for the year as a whole. The idea of this is that it would make things more organised when employees/managers are having regular conversations throughout the year and so they can also refer back to these various anytime documents at the end of the year when deciding their overall performance when filling in their annual performance ratings

Howdy, Stranger!
