Hi All,

Can you confirm what's the expected behavior for the following use case?

If I create a sales order in CPQ with 3 items - line#1 - covered item, line#2 - extended warranty for covered item (line#1), line#3 - subscription item

Once I create Fusion Order from CPQ transaction, what will be created in Fusion OM and OSS?

Do we create a OM sales order with line#1 (covered item) and line#1.1 (extended warranty for line#1), and a subscription for subscription item in OSS?

Or

Do we create a OM sales order with line#1 (covered item), line#1.1 (extended warranty for line#1) and line#2 (subscription item)?
