Internal job posting questions
Our client wanted to use Internal job posting and as per their policy, internal employee can apply for maximum 3 jobs and system should not allow him/her to apply for more jobs.
Also employee should complete 18 months in current role to apply IJP. System should be able to reject applications not meeting this criteria.
Is there a way to accommodate this thru any way?
The only way I can think of is thru disqualification question, Is there any other way to do it?
