HR Help Desk - Organizational hierarchy

I wonder if anyone can help me out.
I need to add "Level 3" of the organizational hierarchy to an exciting report in HR Help Desk.
The report currently shows “Milestones Due today” (within the last 24 hours) and I would like to add Level 3 of the Organizational hierarchy for the actual “customer” not the adviser to the report.
Does anybody know if this is possible and what service subject area I could use?
I have tried to bring in some of the “Workforce Management – Worker Assignment Real Time” etc. however those seem to not link together at all.
