Hi,

Setup : As part of the Performance Template,

1. We have turned off the 'Display feedback notes', 'Display Requested Feedback', 'Display Check-In' as part of the processing options.

2. We have additional participants aligned to the performance template and a questionnaire aligned to the participant.

Process :

Part of the performance process, Manager can 'Add Participant' and send the request to seek additional feedback. The participant receives the request and fills the questionnaire.

Manager is able to view the feedback of the additional participant (questionnaire).
