Hi,

Can anyone help to understand how i can get the ratings for different items in a particular competency section.We have different competency sections(Core,Leadership and Technical competency) in a performance document and the number of items in a competency section varies as per the job of the employee.

1. I want to capture various ratings provided for these items in a competency. Is there any table which can give me this data.

Formula to be constructed is like below :

Overall Summary= (Competencies weight * Required competencies weight) + (Performance goal weight * Required Goal weight)
