Is there any FBDI, WebServices or REST API to import Local Catalog and Shopping Lists

We need to restrict catalog items access for users so that only few items will be available for a said user to create catalog requisitions. We are trying to achieve the same by creating BPA for the set of items and respective local catalog for the same which is later associated to content zone.

Volume of Local Catalog and Shopping Lists is more than 100+.

Is there any option to import Local Catalog & Shopping List in Oracle SSP Cloud using webservices, FBDI or any REST API?
