Cannot see loaded performance goals by HDL in UI

Hello experts,

I have successfully loaded performance goals by HDL. The aim is to load goals into a goal library.

However, after loading them by HDL, I cannot see them once I access the LIBRARY OF PERFORMANCE GOALS page.

However, I haven't created the goal library yet. Is there a scheduled process to launch in order to see them in UI?

What does it depend on?

Below, the HDL file I have launched:
