When a candidate apply for a job, the recruiter doesn't see the notification of this application

Hi,

when a candidate applies for a job, the recruiter doesn't see the notification of this application. When I go into the system with a recruiter profile my expectation is to see a notification to be aware that I've a new candidate to review. 

Can you help me to solve this issue?
