Requesting feedback from benefits administrators and professionals about the use of the Benefits Service Centre


Hello Benefits administrators and other Benefits professionals,

We are looking at how the redesigned Benefits Service Centre is meeting your needs, and we wanted to get your input into how you are using it currently.

  • What business processes do you handle and how, using the Benefits Service Centre? For example, New hire - how it is handled by admins vs employees?
  • What tasks or business processes do you spend most time on, and what's the percentage?
  • Do you you enter data or do other work on behalf of employees? If so, what work, and what's the % of time spent on doing work for employees?
