Customize "Actions" drop-down in Responsive UI vs Classic UI

I do not see the option to hide a selection from the "Actions" drop down in the new UI.  Perhaps I am missing something obvious but the structure appears to differ so not exactly certain where to modify the selection in page composer. 

Please see before/after screenshots, this is on the Performance Document "Goals Section" page.  Would greatly appreciate guidance on how to apply the same personalization in the responsive UI.
