Can the text in voluntary self-identification in disability and veteran blocks be changed

Hi,

Is it possible to change the delivered text with self-identifications questions for Diversity, Disability and Ethnicity? Our client wants to have something like - Confidential, statistical purposes only included in the text. There is delivered DL text for Disability, but, Oracle doesn't have any text with Diversity or Ethnicity. Wondering how can the text be added to diversity and ethnicity blocks.
