Sales Dashboard scrolling

Is it possible to change the scrolling styles[PFA] on Sales Dashboards ?Customer is complaining that the scrolling options are not user friendly and they may end up clicking on the circles at the bottom while scrolling by mistake , and the will be on a different report altogether
