Error in viewing a participant's feedback

Hello Guys,

We are experiencing some problems with a participant's evaluation of an employee's performance. After the participant has submitted the assessment of skills, the manager can enter to view the assessment, but when he goes back to the page “Document Details”, the system shows the error of the screenshot.

Could someone help us in order to solve the problem?
