Possibility not to use performance rating in self-evaluation but employee needs to see manager ratin

Possibility not to use performance rating in self-evaluation but employee needs to see manager rating

Content

I am trying to establish the following:

- an employee should not be able to enter a performance rating for himself in the self evaluation.

- however, the employee should be able to view the performance rating the manager has filled in.

Is this possible? If yes, what are the required setting in the 'processing by role' part of the 'overall summary' section in a performance template?

Howdy, Stranger!
