Need to find the configuration to allow an employee and a manager to have different questionnaires

Hi,

We have the business requirement to have the employee and manager with different questionaires.

The manager will answer their questionaire after the employees do their own.

With the configuration we're providing below, the outcome is that the employee is able to respond the questionaire, but the manager is not able to see at all the questionaire they have to respond.
