Performance Redesigned UX > Exception thrown in task Worker Provides Final Feedback

Hello All,
We have enabled HCM Responsive User Experience for Core HR and Performance Management module.
In task “Worker Provides Final Feedback”, when the Worker clicks on the Submit button, an exception is thrown (PFA S1). The same exception is thrown again when clicking on the Submit button.
Note: The task “Worker Provides Final Feedback” is completed (PFA S2)
Note: Please find the configured Performance Process Flow (PFA S3)
Do you have an idea why this exception is thrown? Is it related to a security role or privilege which the user might not have? Or it is a bug in the application?
