 Hi All,

We have a requirement that Organization Goals should be included in Performance Document for every worker in the enterprise, and these goals shouldn't be rated by worker or manager, the ratings of these goals should be rated by the CEO or top managers and populated automatically for every single Performance Document as a read only and to be included in the Total Overall Summary calculation, is there any suggestion on how to implement this task?
