Summary

Counting how many responses were sent on an incident.

Content

I am calculating how many (transactions.trans_type='8') "Response Sent" transactions are taken on tickets, to identify which ticket types have more responses than they should.

After I calculate how many responses were sent on each ticket, I want to COUNT how many tickets had that specific number of "Response Sent" transactions.

So I want to know how many tickets had 1 response sent, 5 responses sent, 10 responses sent, etc.

I'm able to identify how many responses were on a single ticket, but I'm not able to do a COUNT on the COUNT of responses of those tickets. Anyone have any ideas?

Howdy, Stranger!
