Impossibility to see pictures in the emails which are sent to a candidate

Hi,

I would like to send an email to a candidate who applied to a job requisition (I entered in the candidate profile and then I went into Actions->Send a message), however the pictures which are present inside the message are not displayed when the email is sent to the candidate. How can I solve this issue?
