    Goals not routing for approval when deleted

    Summary

    Goals aren't routing for manager approval when a colleague deletes them.

    We have the HRG_DELETE_GOAL_REQ_APPR profile enabled, but goals still aren't routing for approval when they get deleted. Is there somewhere else this approval can get bypassed? I have checked the Manage Transaction Approvals for HCM, but Delete Goal doesn't appear to be on that list.
