Candidate e-signature issues

Candidates are having issues with the e-signature entry

We have candidates that when they are trying to e-sign the documents using the ORC delivered electronic signature. The signature cannot be validated due to numerous reasons (extra spaces, doesnt match display name, etc)

Does anyone have a creative ideal to be able to assist the candidate users in this process.
