At the moment we can add a questionnaire to feedback requests in a performance document but what would be good is that workers can select from a big library of questions from a questionnaire library for their feedback request questionnaire. At the moment we have to just have the same questionnaire but people might want to ask a range of questions and some questions are more applicable to themselves rather than others.
