Participant Feedback sits under participant response but not actually in the flow of the interim fee
Summary
It seems illogical to have participant feedback separate and results in more clicks for the userContent
As an organisation Heathrow Airport really want to focus on continuous feedback from a range of participants. However we want it to be as easy as possible to keep track of the feedback and have that within the flow of the interim summary document. Having it separately doesn't feel like it flows well with continuous performance and leads to more clicks for our uses which risks it getting ignored.
