We've been tasked with creating Real Time Reporting (or as close to real time as possible) - Incidents Received, Resolved, Longest time in Queue, Average time waiting for a response... We typically use the incident_performance table for these types of request but since real time isn't available there - any suggestions or report examples you can share? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! I'm not 100% sure where to even start other than the transactions table and doing manual calculations.
