Order Email Template Problem

I cannot see arrangements instantly .Content
Hi,
In previous version, after i arrange email template, I could use new template instantly.
But for now, I have to wait one day to see all arrangements in template. I cannot use at the moment
I try to describe other hand. I did many arrangements in template actual in different days.
The changes not effected right now, next morning we saw all changes affected.
For Example last night i arranged order template and added some values. Then I click the Default Layout checkbox in Template
Then i wanted to see all changes in real time for one order. I went to BPM screen and click the one is pending approval.
