We are implementing HCM modules and it has been decided the employee load will have a 1/1/21 date. The issue I'm facing is Benefits are on a fiscal year. Which means the benefit data for employees would have a 7/1/20 date. Well, when we do the benefit conversion  the employee record will not be found.  The client needs 18 month of data for reporting.  Has anyone implemented Benefits on a fiscal year when all other HCM data is on a calendar year .
