Issues completing online applications

Is anyone else receiving complaints of candidates having a hard time completing applications?

We have received a handful of complaints that applicants are having a hard time completing applications online.  Specifically one example indicated they could not include any work history. They had to remove everything they added for work history, before it would let them submit the application. they kept receiving an "Unexpected Error" message which told them to try their submission later.

Of note it is not specific to one position/application. 

We encourage candidates to use Chrome - but could this be anything other than an internet connectivity or browser issue?
