In the ratings dropdown fields in the responsive document, it displays two different values - the Rating and the Rating Description (which I assume correlate to the Name and Short Description fields defined on the rating model).  For us, those two are defined as the same value, so the information looks duplicative (see screenshot below).  The classic UI only showed one value in the dropdown.  Is there any way for the responsive document to only show one value?  It's going to look silly having this repetitive information display (and we don't like speaking about our ratings in terms of numeric
