Evaluate Performance Sort By Field

Summary

Evaluate Performance Sort By Field

Content

Practically every page in the system sorts a manager's direct reports by name (though even that is inconsistent as to whether it sorts by first name or last name).  But on Evaluate Performance, the default sort order that shows is "Date - New to Old" (see screenshot below).  Does anyone know what "date" this is referencing/using?  This is going to be extremely confusing to managers as they try to search for directs as they scroll down the list, since they are used to everything being alphabetical.  I then tried to change the Sort By to use Name instead, and nothing happened

Howdy, Stranger!
