Hey all,

I have a custom field in Incidents that is of the menu datatype and the menu items are being pulled from a menu only object. Everything works fine with exception of sorting on reports. The menu items are number ranges (for example 0-5, 5-10, 10-20, etc) so it would make sense for them to be in order where lower ranges display first however by default the report is sorting them in alphabetical order and only checks the first number. So in my example above it would be sorted 0-5, 10-20, 5-10. I see in the sorting settings there is a way to sort by menu order, however this option is grayed out despite my field being a menu field (See image). Can anyone tell me why this option is disabled and how I can enable/use it?
