Feedback is not visible on the performance document

Hi All,
I have created a performance document, and in this document, there is participant feedback attached. We have taken participant feedback and it showing outside the performance document but when I am going into the performance document its not showing anything related to participant feedback.
2. As an employee, I have sent a request for feedback and I want to show in the performance document that is not showing but as an employee I am able to see out the performance document.
Please suggest correct, if I did any mistake in the configuration.
