Not getting anything in the behaviours section

Hi All,

I have created some competencies and behaviours and when I am trying to add behaviour with competency in the skills and qualification then I am not able to see anything under the behaviour section. See the attached screenshot.

Please suggest me if I am doing anything wrong.
