In the classic UI, as an employee or manager rated goals or competencies, the section rating and calculated ratings would dynamically update along the way, with each addition or change of a rating.  We see in the responsive pages, though, this does not happen at all - the section rating and calculated ratings remain blank as ratings are entered.  And instead, if an employee or manager wants to see the section rating before saving and returning to the document overview page, they have to actually click on this new Calculate button.  My business area is really concerned about this change in behavior.
