Performance Goals and Check-ins for New Hires

We have a review period set up for 1/1/20-12/31/20. 

For performance goals: 

  • We have a goal plan set up for workers to enter goals for this period. 
  • On it, we have an eligibility profile set so that any active worker with an assignment start date since 1/1/1951 can enter goals.
  • The batch process was run and colleagues hired prior to 1/1/20 can add goals.

For check-ins:

  • We have a check-in template set up from date 1/1/20 to 12/31/20
  • On it, we have an eligibility profile set so that any active worker with an assignment start date since 1/1/1951 can enter.
  • The batch process was run and colleagues hired prior to 1/1/20 can add check-ins.
