How to achieve a clickable link in performance document instruction text

Hi All,

We have put a deeplink in instruction text of questionnaire template for employee to update skills and qualifications before they fill in the questionnaire

Since is uses a rich text box, will HTML tags be supported?
The text current looks like this: Update your profile here: https://podnameoraclecloud.com/fscmUI/faces/deeplink?objType=NFX_VIEW_MY_SKILLS_AND_QUAL&action=NONE

We require a clickable link instead of the whole URL getting displayed. Does anyone know how this can be achieved?

Howdy, Stranger!
