I have created custom menu "Employment details" with Primary,Additional & Both items.

I have custom object "Ballot" with BallotEmpDetails menu field linked to above custom menu.

In report filter, I want to show EmpDetails field  as a drop down menu, so that user can choose.

Currently, it is shown as text field(Ref Attachment)

How to show as a drop down menu item?
