After create a new person I cannot see like a Candidate

Hi, I am working with the version 20A. When I setup the Recruiting and Candidate Experience Area, I run the 4 process specified to run at the beginning  : "Load Workers into the Candidate Table" + "Load and Index TCA Geographies" + "Load and Index Candidates"+ " Load and Index Job Requisitions". On the other hand, I scheduled the process "Maintain Candidates and Job Requisitions for Search" each 15 minutes.

The problem is, that each time I create a New person I need to run the process : "Load Workers into the Candidate Table" + "Load and Index Candidates" to find the new person in Candidate page. It is normal?
